*Residents, Fellows and Medical Students who attend the conference will be refunded their registration fee at the conclusion of the meeting. Online registration has closed. You can still take part — register on site at the Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria.

You must attend at least a half day of the conference. Check in with the registration desk between 1:00 – 2:00 PM to be put on the list for the resident stipend. If you do not check in at the registration desk during this time, you will not receive the stipend form and will become ineligible for the resident stipend.
