Membership Types
Active Member ($200.00 per year)
- Provide proof of certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery or provide proof of board eligible status for examination by the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.
- Have been in full time practice of Otolaryngology in the State of Texas for one year.
- Include payment of annual dues with application for active membership.
Associate Military Member ($150 per year)
- Provide proof of certification by the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery or provide proof of board eligible status for examination by the American Board of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.
- Have been in full time practice of Otolaryngology in the State of Texas for one year.
- Include payment of annual dues with application for associate military membership.
Affiliate Member ($100 per year)
- Comprised of Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners practicing in the field of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.
Resident Members ($0 per year)
- Open to all residents enrolled in an approved Otolaryngology Residency training program in the State of Texas.
- Proof of residency training required.
- Resident members may apply for elevation to Active status with the Society upon the completion of their training program and completion of their Residency.
- Resident members have no vote in Society matters and cannot hold Society office.
